All orders placed on our online store are shipped directly from our facilities in Athens, Greece.

We will send you the Tracking Number for your order and the courier contacts.




If your order is to be delivered outside the European Union you may have to pay import duty and local sales taxes. You should be able to find out an approximate figure from your local government’s website.



We will send you an email to acknowledge your order has been shipped from Athens, with a Tracking Number amd the courier to follow the shipment. You can check the progress of the parcel at any time from your account or directly from the courier’s website.
The Tracking Number usually takes 24 hours from shipping to become active – please check back the following day if you don’t see any immediate updates. Our Customer Care is on hand for any questions or assistance you may require.




The return is free of charge for the customer.
You have 10 days from receiving your order to return the item to us.


All product must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged and with all the tags. Please ensure that you return all items with the original branded box inside a protective box or packaging.


Requesting a return is easy and quick: fill in the “Return Form” by entering your Order Number (you can find it in the order confirmation email we sent you when you placed your order). Complete the form to receive detailed instructions on shipping your return parcel free of charge.


Before requesting the return, kindly verify the products are exactly as you received them, with all labels and security tags attached, including any accessories or special packaging.You will be fully refunded for the products you choose to return. Find more details in the “Payments and refunds” section. We cannot accommodate exchanges at this time.
