Available Payment Methods

You can use both credit or debit cards. You will only be charged when your order is ready to be despatched, in the same currency as the prices you see on the website.

Secure Payments

All payments made using cards are processed through the electronic payment platform “Alpha e-Commerce” of Alpha Bank and use TLS 1.2 encryption.

We ensure the safety of all transactions thanks to state of the art security protocols. Your data will be totally illegible both to ictrend and to third parties and used only by the transaction gateway. In this way you can be sure that all data entered at checkout remains safe.

Refund times

You will receive a full refund for the products you choose to return, excluded the original Shipping costs. We cannot accommodate exchanges at this time. As soon as we receive your returned item we will run a quick quality check on the products. Please bear with us for a few days (5 at the most) while we check the items. You will then receive an email to acknowledge the return has been accepted.

At this point, your refund will be issued as soon as possible directly on the credit / debit card or PayPal account you used to pay for your order, and in the same currency.

You will normally see the credit in your bank or PayPal account within the followin 7 days, however please do consider that these times are subject to banking procedures that may vary from Country to Country. If you do not see your refund within 14 days from delivery of your return, please contact us.
