How will I know that ictrend has received my order?

Once you have placed an order, we will send you an order confirmation email.

How do I pay for my order?

Payment can be made using all major credit and debit cards. Payment can also be made using Paypal.

Is shopping online with ictrend secure?

Can my order be gift wrapped and/or include a message?

Yes, you can have the jacket gift wrapped and include a personal card with your individual message for free. Please select the option at checkout or email Ioanna & Lia on [email protected] if you have any questions about this service.

Sizing, Fit & Features

How do I know what size to order?

Please see our body measurement chart here to find out what ictrend size you will be. Each product also has individual fit information on the product listings where you can find out more specific information regarding fit and sizing. Our jackets are a slim cut designer fit, we recommend going for the size up if you want a more relaxed fit. If you would like help selecting a size please email Ioanna & Lia on [email protected]

I still don’t know what size I should order. Can you help me?

If you have any questions at all regarding our sizing then please email Ioanna & Lia on [email protected] and a design assistant will help you select the perfect size for you.

What measurements should I send you for help selecting a size?

For men please send us over your chest measurement to Ioanna & Lia on [email protected]. Please let us know what height you are too. It is also really useful if you could let our design assistants know what kind of fit you would like your new ictrend to be. For women please send over you bust, waist and hips measurements to Ioanna & Lia on [email protected] It is also really useful if you could let our design assistants know what kind of fit you would like your new ictrend to be.

How do I get my chest, waist and hips measurements?

Bust – Wrap a soft tape measure around your back, across your shoulder blades and under your arms. The tape should be straight and parallel with the floor. It must also wrap around the fullest part of your bust.

Waist – While standing straight, bend over to the front or side and make a note of where your body creases. This is your natural waist. It should be the narrowest part of your waist, and it is generally located between your rib cage and belly button.

Hips – Take the measurement around the fullest part, which is usually 7″ to 9″ below the waist.

Note – Do not hold your breath or suck your stomach in.

Delivery

Do you ship internationally?

Yes – we ship to over 80 countries. All items are can be tracked online, and require a signature upon delivery to ensure your new jacket gets to you safely.

When will I receive my item?

Once dispatched, orders are normally delivered in 5 – 7 days to any location worldwide with Standard Delivery.

How will I know my jacket has been dispatched?

As soon as your item has been dispatched we will send you over an email with your tracking number.

Do I have to pay import duty and taxes on my order?

If your order is to be delivered outside the European Union you may have to pay import duty and local sales taxes. You should be able to find out an approximate figure from your local government’s website.

Exchanges & Refunds

Can I exchange my item?

Yes. It is really important to us that our customers get a jacket they love so if you want to exchange your jacket we are more than happy to do this for you.
You can request an exchange for goods you have purchased on ictrend.com up to 14 days after receiving your order.
Once your return or exchange request has been confirmed you can send your items back to us.

Can I get a refund?

Yes. You can request an refund for goods you have purchased on ictrend.com up to 14 days after receiving your order.
Once your refund request has been confirmed you can send your items back to us.
